On August the 29 it is cross country. I am training one day I ran 11! LAPS you say what I know that's crazy.I am fast but...I ran 4 at 9.40 and the 7 at lunch.My gaol is to run or jog all the way.

Circuits are a exercise workout
I wait to drink cold water
I sweat because I am exercising hard.
 I stop to breathe for 5 seconds
I feel sweat dripping off my forehead.

The panting was tricky because I couldn't choose which colour I wanted. I enjoyed decorating my mask with crafts. I think my mask looks silly because of the mouth. It is very wonky.

Anger is black and red flames and ash
it tastes like burnt biscuits
and it smells like car gas in the morning
it looks like blood dripping
Anger feels like an explosion

Back from SA trip

Hi everyone I am back .I enjoyed SA. LOL! The plane was wierd. There was lots of turbulence. In S.A I saw 4 of the big 5. Except the...lion.My mum thought a rock was a rhino,  not!
